Practice in Clinical and Health Psychology

I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and a member of the Psychological Association of Alberta. I completed both my MSc and PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Calgary, followed by my predoctoral residency with Alberta Health Services. Over the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of working with countless individuals toward the shared goal of improved mental health and a better quality of life.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma, both in general mental health and in relation to physical health challenges. I have extensive experience in psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation within specialized mental health clinics, outpatient programs, and acute care hospital units, including those for traumatic injury and oncology.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that true change begins with understanding how we think, feel, and act in the face of life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work on developing practical coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, and making meaningful changes in your life. My goal is to empower clients by helping them recognize their personal strength and increase their flexibility in responding to emotions. Above all, I strive to create a compassionate, empathetic therapeutic space where clients feel truly heard and respected.
